The Plantation is typical of South Georgia with pine trees scattered about the plantation. The exceptional habitat is mostly comprised of native and natural grasses with stands of bi-color lespedeza. Food plots for quail, deer, and turkey abound the plantation throughout with variant attractants.

Wild Quail Hunting "The sport of Gentlemen" is offered here in the most prestige area known in the world. The Red Hills region of Georgia is located in the heart of the quail belt. Controlled through an intense and comprehensive wildlife management program. Controlled burning, feed plots, natural vegetation, and many lowland areas holding permanent water, supplemental feeding program, along with an intense trapping program help these wild birds thrive reproducing stable coveys year after year.  

Fishing, boating and canoeing in two large fully stocked pounds. Offering the opportunity for trophy large mouth bass, bream, catfish, and crappie.

The plantation also offers a large dove field planted in various small grains which is extensively managed to attract large populations of morning dove.

Duck hunting in the impoundments; need we really say more? Planted corn is flooded before the season opens offering a buffet style feast to our wetland friends.

Trophy bucks are synonymous with this region. Deer hunting over managed food plots offer the opportunity for a boon and crocket buck.

Long beards and thunderous gobbles makes spring turkey hunting a pure joy. Several attracts are planted throughout the year to maintain exceptional large flocks of turkeys that thrive on this plantation..
